We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through cozysteps.uk. No minimum spend required.

Tracking:

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package appears to be lost (no tracking movement for more than 10 business days) or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@cozysteps.uk with your order number. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns

Free Shipping Returns

As shipping is free, you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In those cases, CozySteps will cover all shipping fees and send you a replacement or full refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
